1. Uygulama içinden silme (en hızlı yol)

Tam yol:

1. Alt gezinme çubuğunda Profil sekmesine dokunun.
2. Sağ üstteki dişli simgesine dokunun (Ayarlar).
3. Ayarlar sayfasını en alta kadar kaydırın. Tehlikeli Bölge başlığını göreceksiniz.
4. Hesabımı Sil düğmesine dokunun.
5. 1. adım: mevcut şifrenizi girin ve Devam et'e dokunun. Şifre sunucuda doğrulanır; doğruysa

e-posta adresinize 6 haneli bir onay kodu gönderilir.

1. 2. adım: e-postanıza gelen 6 haneli kodu girin ve Hesabımı kalıcı sil'e dokunun.

Bu iki adım neden var: tek dokunuşla silme kasten kaldırıldı. Telefonunuz açık kalır veya oturumunuz başka birinin eline geçerse, şifre teyidi ile e-posta kodu hesabınızın izniniz olmadan silinmesini engeller.

Teknik ayrıntılar:

• Kodun geçerlilik süresi 15 dakikadır. Süre dolarsa yeni kod isteyin.
• Yeni kod istemek için 60 saniye beklemeniz gerekir.
• Kodu 5 kez yanlış girerseniz kod iptal olur; yeni kod istemeniz gerekir.
• Onay verdiğiniz anda silme tek bir veritabanı işleminde yapılır: ya tamamı olur ya hiçbiri.
• Silme bittiğinde uygulama sizi giriş ekranına döndürür. Oturum yenileme kayıtlarınız silindiği

için mevcut oturum yenilenemez.

Silme işlemi tamamlandığında ayrıca bir onay e-postası gönderilmez; onay, uygulamanın sizi giriş ekranına döndürmesiyle verilir.

2. Uygulamayı silmişseniz veya telefonunuza erişemiyorsanız

Uygulama içi akış oturum açmanızı gerektirir. Uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız, telefonunuzu kaybettiyseniz veya şifrenizi hatırlamıyorsanız silme talebinizi e-posta ile iletebilirsiniz.

2.1 Hızlı yol — kayıtlı e-postanızdan silme talebi

Nereye: worvento.info@gmail.com Nasıl: talebi hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gönderin. Kimlik doğrulaması bu şekilde yapılır: kayıtlı adresten gelen talep, hesabın sahibinden gelmiş sayılır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'nun Başvuru Tebliği de "veri sorumlusunun sisteminde kayıtlı e-posta adresi"ni geçerli bir başvuru kanalı olarak sayar (Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ m.5).

E-postada yazması gerekenler:

• Konu: Hesap silme talebi
• Worvento kullanıcı adınız
• Talebiniz: hesabın silinmesini istediğiniz açık ifadesi

Bunları istemiyoruz: kimlik fotokopisi, kredi kartı bilgisi, şifreniz. Kayıtlı adresinizden gelen bir talep için bunlara ihtiyaç yok. Kayıtlı adresinize erişiminiz yoksa hesabın size ait olduğunu göstermeye yardımcı olabilecek bilgileri sorabiliriz (örneğin son satın alma işleminizin mağaza işlem kimliği). Bunu yalnız makul bir şüphe varsa ve gerektiği kadar isteriz.

Yanıt süresi: talebinizi en kısa sürede, her hâlde 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız (KVKK m.13). İşlem ücretsizdir.

2.2 Resmî KVKK başvurusu yapmak isterseniz

Türkiye'de bulunuyorsanız silme talebinizi Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu m.11 kapsamında resmî bir başvuru olarak da iletebilirsiniz. Başvuru Tebliği m.5 şu kanalları sayar:

• Islak imzalı yazılı başvuru (elden, noter aracılığıyla veya posta ile) — **posta adresi

yayımlanmadığı için bu kanal fiilen işletilmemektedir**; yazılı başvurular da e-posta kanalından alınır

• Kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresi üzerinden
• Güvenli elektronik imza ile
• Mobil imza ile
• Daha önce bize bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı olan e-posta adresinizden

Resmî başvuruda Tebliğ m.5 şu bilgilerin bulunmasını zorunlu tutar: ad-soyad ve başvuru yazılı ise imza; T.C. kimlik numarası (yabancılar için uyruk ile pasaport veya kimlik numarası); tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya iş yeri adresi; varsa bildirime esas e-posta adresi, telefon ve faks numarası; talep konusu; konuya ilişkin bilgi ve belgeler.

Başvuru dili Türkçedir. Türkçe dışında İngilizce başvuruları da kabul ederiz.

Başkası adına başvuru. Bir başkasının hesabının silinmesini talep ediyorsanız, o kişiyi temsil etme yetkinizi gösteren belgeyi (noter onaylı vekâletname veya yasal temsilci olduğunuzu gösteren belge) başvurunuza eklemeniz gerekir. Belge olmadan üçüncü kişi adına yapılan silme taleplerini yerine getirmeyiz; bu, hesap sahibini kendi hesabının izinsiz silinmesine karşı korur.

Ücret: başvurunuza yanıt vermek kural olarak ücretsizdir. İşlem ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirirse Tebliğ m.7'deki tarife uygulanır: yazılı yanıtta ilk 10 sayfa ücretsizdir, 10 sayfanın üzerindeki her sayfa için 1 TL; yanıt CD veya flash bellek gibi bir kayıt ortamında verilirse kayıt ortamının maliyeti istenir. Hata bizden kaynaklanıyorsa alınan ücreti iade ederiz.

2.3 Yanıtımızı yetersiz bulursanız

• Türkiye: yanıtı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren

60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz (KVKK m.14).

3. Silme tamamlandığında tam olarak ne oluyor

Burada üç ayrı liste var, çünkü hepsi aynı şey değil. "Tüm verileriniz silinir" demiyoruz; bu doğru olmazdı.

(A) Hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinen veriler

Hesap kaydınız (Users satırı) silinir. Aşağıdakilerin tamamı bu satırın içindedir, yani hepsi birlikte gider:

• E-posta adresiniz, kullanıcı adınız, parolanızın kriptografik özeti, e-posta doğrulama durumunuz
• Toplam XP'niz, seviyeniz, altın bakiyeniz, seriniz (streak), seri kalkanlarınız
• Rozetleriniz, ısı haritanız (günlük aktivite geçmişi), günlük hedefleriniz
• Dil tercihleriniz, tema tercihiniz, erişilebilirlik ayarlarınız
• Evcil hayvanınız (pet) durumu, kozmetik eşyalarınız, takılı görünümünüz
• Sezon ilerlemeniz, görev durumunuz, hediye vitrininiz, itibar puanınız, aldığınız hediyelerin

listesi

• Kayıt IP adresiniz, son giriş IP adresiniz, cihaz parmak izi kaydınız, başarısız giriş sayacınız,

hesap kilidi ve yasaklama (ban) durumunuz

• Profil fotoğrafınızın adresleri

Ayrıca şu kayıtlar açıkça silinir:

• Arkadaşlıklarınız (gönderdiğiniz ve aldığınız istekler dâhil)
• Engelleme kayıtlarınız (sizin engellediğiniz ve sizi engelleyen kayıtların ikisi de)
• Şikâyet kayıtlarınız (sizin gönderdiğiniz ve sizin hakkınızda gönderilenlerin ikisi de)

Hesap kaydınıza bağlı şu 11 tablodaki satırlar da aynı işlemde silinir:

oturum yenileme kayıtları · günlük lig katılımlarınız · Günlük Blitz sonuçlarınız · Boss sonuçlarınız · Günün Kelimesi sonuçlarınız · Günlük Wordle sonuçlarınız · Mini Çengel sonuçlarınız · Kule turlarınız · evcil hayvan kaydınız · davet kodunuz · ortak liste üyelikleriniz

Profil fotoğrafınız depolama alanından (Cloudflare R2) silinir. Bu silme "elden geldiğince" yapılır: depolama tarafında bir hata olursa hesabınızın silinmesi engellenmez, hata kayda geçirilir. Ayrıca içerik dağıtım ağı önbelleği için Bölüm 3-(B)'ye bakın.

(B) Bugün teknik olarak silinmeyen, silinmesi için çalışma yürütülen veriler

Bu kalemler hesap kaydınızla veritabanı düzeyinde birbirine bağlı değil. Bu nedenle hesabınız silindiğinde bu satırlar yerinde kalıyor. Bunu düzeltmek üzerinde çalışıyoruz. Aşağıdaki tablo bugünkü durumu gösteriyor; her kalem için o verinin sizi hâlâ tanımlayıp tanımlamadığını da yazdık.

Önemli bir ayrım: bu kayıtların içinde adınız, kullanıcı adınız veya e-posta adresiniz yok. Yalnızca sistemin size verdiği iç kullanıcı numarası (bir tam sayı) var. Hesap kaydınız silindikten sonra bu numarayı bir kişiye bağlayan tablo bizde artık bulunmaz. Yine de bu numara bir "takma adlı" (pseudonymized) kayıttır; sıfırdan anonim veri değildir.

Bu tablonun dışında kalan, silinmeyen diğer kalemler:

• Başkalarının hediye geçmişindeki kullanıcı adı kopyanız. Birine hediye gönderdiyseniz, o

kişinin hesabında hediyenin kaydı gönderenin kullanıcı adı düz metin olarak tutulur. Hesabınız silinse bile bu kopya alıcının kaydında kalır. Bu kalem kullanıcı adınızı taşır.

• Yönetim kayıtları. Yönetici yetkisi kullandıysanız (denge ayarı değiştirme, şikâyet

sonuçlandırma) bu kayıtlarda iç kullanıcı numaranız kalır. Normal kullanıcılar için geçerli değildir.

• Sunucu log dosyaları. Log dosyaları 7 günlük dosya rotasyonu ile tutulur; sekizinci gün

en eski dosya silinir. Bu kayıtlarda e-posta adresiniz, kullanıcı adınız, IP adresiniz, cihaz parmak izi kaydınız ve — sunucunun e-posta gönderim yapılandırmasına bağlı olarak — size gönderilen e-postaların içeriği (6 haneli doğrulama kodları dâhil) bulunabilir. Bu kalem kimliğinizi taşır, ancak 7 gün içinde rotasyonla düşer. Konteyner çıktısı olarak tutulan kopyaların saklama süresi bu belgede beyan edilecek biçimde tanımlı değildir.

• Bize gönderdiğiniz destek e-postaları. Destek mesajları veritabanında tutulmaz; e-posta

olarak destek kutumuza (Gmail) gelir ve orada kalır. Bunları silen otomatik bir iş yok. Bu kalem e-posta adresinizi ve mesaj metninizi taşır.

• Profil fotoğrafınızın içerik dağıtım ağı (CDN) önbelleği. Fotoğraf nesneleri

public, max-age=31536000, immutable ile sunulur. Nesne depolamadan silinse bile ağ kenarındaki bir önbellek kopyası, adresi bilen biri için bir yıla kadar erişilebilir kalabilir. Bu kalem fotoğrafınızı taşır. Fotoğraf adresleri tahmin edilemeyecek biçimde üretilir, ancak bu bir erişim denetimi değildir: adresi eline geçiren kişi giriş yapmadan fotoğrafa erişebilir.

• Yarı kalmış canlı maç kayıtları. Bir maç yarıda kaldıysa, maçın anlık görüntüsünde kullanıcı

adları, verilen cevaplar ve denenen harfler bulunur. Bu kalem kullanıcı adınızı taşır, ancak 6 saatten eski kayıtlar saatlik olarak otomatik silinir. Canlı maç durumunun bellek içi kopyası 6 saat, "çevrimiçi" bilgisi 12 saat, sınav oturumu 1 saat sonra otomatik düşer.

• Cihazınızda kalan yerel veriler. Bölüm 7 — silme akışı cihazdaki verinizi de temizler;

yalnız kötüye kullanımı sınırlayan iki rastgele numara bilerek korunur.

(C) Yasal olarak saklamamız gereken veriler

Satın alma kayıtlarınız (IapTransactions) mali mevzuattan doğan yükümlülükler nedeniyle saklanır: vergi kayıtları ile iade ve itiraz süreçleri buna dayanır. Hukuki dayanak KVKK m.5/2-ç (hukuki yükümlülük)'dir. Bu kayıt hesabınız silinse de saklanır.

Bu kayıtta ödeme bilgileriniz yok: kart numaranız, IBAN'ınız veya fatura adresiniz bize hiç ulaşmaz. Ödemeyi Google Play veya App Store tahsil eder; bize yalnız mağazanın işlem kimliği ile ürün kimliği gelir.

Hedefimiz: bu kayıtlardaki iç kullanıcı numarasının, hesap silindiğinde anonimleştirilmesi. Bugün bu anonimleştirme yapılmıyor; kayıt olduğu gibi kalıyor.

4. Hesabınızı silmenin sonuçları

Satın aldığınız altın ve reklamsız kullanım hakları. Altın bakiyeniz hesap kaydınızın bir parçası olduğu için hesabınızla birlikte silinir. Silme talebi kendi kararınızla verildiği için silinen bakiye ve kalan haklar geri ödenmez. Reklamsız süre paketleri tek seferlik satın alımdır ve otomatik yenilenmez (2026-08-12 itibarıyla abonelik satılmamaktadır); bu yüzden hesabınızı sildikten sonra mağaza tarafında iptal etmeniz gereken bir kayıt ya da devam edecek bir tahsilat yoktur.

Arkadaşlarınız. Arkadaşlık kayıtlarınız silinir; hesabınız arkadaşlarınızın listesinden düşer. Onlara ayrı bir bildirim gönderilmez.

Liderlik ve lig. Günlük lig katılımlarınız silinir; liderlik tablolarında görünmez olursunuz.

Rakiplerinizin maç geçmişi. Düello, Canlı Meydan Okuma ve Adam Asmaca sonuçları rakiplerinizin tarafında kalır (Bölüm 3-(B)). O kayıtlarda kullanıcı adınız bulunmadığı için adınız gösterilemez.

Ortak listeler (en çok 4 kişilik). Üyeliğiniz silinir. Ancak:

• Sahibi olduğunuz bir liste silinmez; diğer üyeler için çalışmaya devam eder.
• Listeye yazdığınız kelimeler ve anlamlar diğer üyelere görünmeye devam eder.

Hesabınızı silmeden önce bunu istemiyorsanız, kelimeleri liste içinden kendiniz silin. Ortak listede kelime silme işlemi kaydı "silinmiş" olarak işaretler; satırı fiziken kaldırmaz.

Paylaştığınız kartlar. Bir duello sonucunu bir başka uygulamayla paylaştıysanız, o görselin kopyası paylaştığınız yerde kalır. Bunu geri almamız mümkün değildir.

5. Hesabınızı silmeden yalnız bir kısmını silmek

Hesabınızı tamamen silmek istemiyorsanız şu seçenekler var:

Profil fotoğrafınızı silmek. Profil sekmesi → profil resminizin sağ alt köşesindeki kalem (düzenle) simgesi → Profil Fotoğrafı → Fotoğrafı Kaldır. Bu işlem fotoğrafın adresini hesabınızdan kaldırır ve fotoğraf nesnelerinizi depolamadan siler. İçerik dağıtım ağı önbelleği için Bölüm 3-(B)'deki uyarı burada da geçerlidir.

Listem'deki kelimeleri silmek. Listem sekmesinde bir kelimeyi yana kaydırın veya satırın ⋮ menüsünden Sil'i seçin, ardından onaylayın. Bu kelimeler yalnız cihazınızda tutulur; sunucuya gönderilmez. Kelimeleri toplu silen bir düğme bugün yok; silme tek tek yapılır.

Tanıtım turu kayıtlarını sıfırlamak. Ayarlar → Hesap → Tanıtımı yeniden izle. Bu, turların "görüldü" işaretlerini cihazınızdan siler.

Bugün sunmadığımız seçenekler, açık olsun diye yazıyoruz: hesabı geçici olarak dondurma yok; öğrenme geçmişini silip hesabı açık tutma seçeneği yok; liderlik ve lig görünürlüğünü kapatma ayarı yok; "son görülme" bilgisini gizleme ayarı yok.

6. Silme sonrasında yeniden kayıt

Hesabınızı sildikten sonra aynı e-posta adresiyle yeniden kayıt olabilirsiniz. Eski hesap kaydınız silindiği için e-posta adresi ve kullanıcı adı yeniden kullanılabilir hâle gelir.

Yeni hesap boş başlar: XP'niz, altınınız, seriniz, rozetleriniz, arkadaşlarınız ve öğrenme geçmişiniz geri gelmez. Bunlar geri getirilemez.

Bir uyarı: cihazınızda kalan iki kayıt hesaba değil cihaza bağlıdır ve silme akışında bilerek korunur (Bölüm 7). Bu nedenle aynı cihazda çok sayıda hesap açılması durumunda kötüye kullanım kontrollerimiz devreye girebilir.

7. Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Hesabınızı silmek sunucudaki kaydı siler; ardından uygulama bu cihazdaki verilerinizi de temizler. Silme akışı şunları siler:

• giriş belirteçleriniz, kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz ve son senkronizasyon kaydı,
• yerel istatistik nesneniz (XP, seri, günlük etkinlik günlüğü),
• Listem'e eklediğiniz kelimeler ve kelimeler üzerindeki öğrenme ilerlemeniz

(doğru/yanlış sayaçları, zorluk derecesi, ustalık işaretleri),

• ortak listelerin çevrimdışı kopyası,
• cihaz tercih dosyasının tamamı: mini oyun rekorlarınız, bildirim tercihleriniz ve sessiz

saatleriniz, kutlama ve tur işaretleri, dil/tema seçiminiz dâhil,

• ana ekran widget'ındaki günün kelimesi ve seri bilgisi.

Silinmeyen yerel veriler:

En kesin yol: hesabınızı sildikten sonra uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırın — bu, yukarıdaki tablodaki kalemleri de siler.

A.1 Silme akışının teknik adımları

1. Deleting your account inside the app (fastest route)

The exact path:

1. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right (Settings).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. You will see the Danger Zone heading.
4. Tap Delete My Account.
5. Step 1: enter your current password and tap Continue. The password is verified on the

server; if it is correct, a 6-digit confirmation code is e-mailed to you.

1. Step 2: enter the 6-digit code and tap Permanently delete my account.

Why two steps: one-tap deletion was deliberately removed. If your phone is left unlocked or your session is taken over by someone else, the password check plus the e-mail code prevent your account from being deleted without your consent.

Technical details:

• The code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, request a new one.
• You must wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code.
• After 5 wrong attempts the code is cancelled and you must request a new one.
• Once you confirm, deletion runs as a single database transaction: either all of it happens or none

of it does.

• When deletion finishes the app returns you to the sign-in screen. Your session cannot be renewed,

because your session-refresh records are deleted.

No separate confirmation e-mail is sent after deletion; the confirmation is the app returning you to the sign-in screen.

2. If you have uninstalled the app or cannot reach your phone

The in-app flow requires you to be signed in. If you have uninstalled the app, lost your phone, or do not remember your password, you can send your deletion request by e-mail.

2.1 Fast route — request deletion from your registered e-mail

Where: worvento.info@gmail.com How: send the request from the e-mail address registered on your account. That is how we verify your identity: a request coming from the registered address is treated as coming from the account owner. The Turkish Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller also lists "the e-mail address registered in the data controller's system" as a valid application channel (Communiqué Art. 5).

Please include:

• Subject: Account deletion request
• Your Worvento username
• Your request: a clear statement that you want the account deleted

We do not ask for: a copy of your ID document, payment card details, or your password. None of that is needed for a request from your registered address. If you no longer have access to your registered address, we may ask for information that helps show the account is yours (for example the store transaction ID of your last purchase). We ask for this only where there is reasonable doubt and only to the extent needed.

Response time: we handle your request without undue delay and in any case within 30 days (Turkish Data Protection Law Art. 13). There is no charge.

2.2 If you prefer a formal Turkish data protection application

If you are in Türkiye you can also submit your deletion request as a formal application under Art. 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law. Art. 5 of the Communiqué lists these channels:

• A written application bearing your wet signature (in person, via a notary, or by post) —

because no postal address is published this channel is not operated in practice; written applications are also received through the e-mail channel

• A registered electronic mail (KEP) address
• A secure electronic signature
• A mobile signature
• The e-mail address you previously notified to us and which is registered in our system

For a formal application, Art. 5 of the Communiqué requires: your name and surname, and your signature if the application is in writing; your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality plus passport or ID number); your address of residence or business for service of process; your e-mail address, telephone and fax number if any; the subject of your request; and any information and documents relating to the subject.

The language of application is Turkish. We also accept applications in English.

Applications on behalf of someone else. If you are requesting the deletion of another person's account, you must attach a document showing your authority to represent them (a notarised power of attorney, or a document showing that you are their legal representative). Without such a document we will not act on a deletion request made on behalf of a third party; this protects the account owner against their account being deleted without permission.

Fees: answering your application is free as a rule. If the response involves additional cost, the tariff in Art. 7 of the Communiqué applies: for a written response the first 10 pages are free and each page beyond 10 costs 1 Turkish lira; if the response is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the cost of the medium is charged. If the error was ours, any fee charged is refunded.

2.3 If you are not satisfied with our answer

• Türkiye: you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of

our answer and in any case within 60 days of your application (Law Art. 14).

3. Exactly what happens when deletion completes

There are three separate lists here, because these are not the same thing. We do not say "all your data is deleted"; that would not be true.

(A) Data deleted immediately and permanently

Your account record (the Users row) is deleted. All of the following are columns of that row, so they all go together:

• Your e-mail address, username, the cryptographic hash of your password, your e-mail verification

status

• Your total XP, level, gold balance, streak, streak shields
• Your badges, your activity heatmap (daily activity history), your daily goals
• Your language preferences, theme preference, accessibility settings
• Your pet state, your cosmetic items, your equipped appearance
• Your season progress, quest state, gift showcase, reputation score, and the list of gifts you

received

• Your registration IP address, last sign-in IP address, device fingerprint record, failed sign-in

counter, account lockout and ban status

• The addresses of your profile photo

In addition, these records are explicitly deleted:

• Your friendships (including requests you sent and received)
• Your block records (both those you created and those created against you)
• Your report records (both those you filed and those filed about you)

Rows in the following 11 tables, which are linked to your account record, are deleted in the same operation:

session-refresh records · your daily league entries · your Daily Blitz results · your Boss results · your Word of the Day results · your Daily Wordle results · your Mini Crossword results · your Tower runs · your pet record · your referral code · your shared-list memberships

Your profile photo is deleted from object storage (Cloudflare R2). This deletion is best-effort: if the storage side returns an error, it does not block your account from being deleted; the error is logged. For the content delivery network cache, see Section 3-(B).

(B) Items that are not technically deleted today, and that we are working to delete

These items are not linked to your account record at the database level. As a result, when your account is deleted these rows stay in place. We are working on fixing this. The table below shows the situation as it is today, and for each item it also states whether that data still identifies you.

One important distinction: these records do not contain your name, your username or your e-mail address. They only contain the internal user number the system assigned to you (an integer). Once your account record is deleted, we no longer hold the table that links that number to a person. Even so, this number is a pseudonymised record; it is not fully anonymous data.

Other items outside that table that are not deleted:

• The copy of your username in other people's gift history. If you sent someone a gift, the

record of that gift on their account stores the sender's username as plain text. Even after your account is deleted, that copy remains on the recipient's record. This item carries your username.

• Administrative records. If you used administrator powers (changing balance settings, resolving

reports), your internal user number remains in those records. This does not apply to ordinary users.

• Server log files. Log files are kept with a 7-day file rotation; on the eighth day the

oldest file is deleted. These records may contain your e-mail address, username, IP address, device fingerprint record and — depending on the server's e-mail sending configuration — the contents of e-mails sent to you, including 6-digit verification codes. This item identifies you, but it drops out within 7 days through rotation. The retention period of copies kept as container output is not defined in a way that can be declared in this document.

• Support e-mails you sent us. Support messages are not stored in the database; they arrive as

e-mail in our support mailbox (Gmail) and stay there. There is no automated job that deletes them. This item carries your e-mail address and the text of your message.

• The content delivery network (CDN) cache of your profile photo. Photo objects are served with

public, max-age=31536000, immutable. Even after the object is deleted from storage, a cached copy at a network edge may remain reachable for up to one year by someone who knows the address. This item carries your photo. Photo addresses are generated so that they cannot be guessed, but this is not an access control: anyone who obtains the address can reach the photo without signing in.

• Unfinished live match records. If a match was left unfinished, its snapshot contains

usernames, the answers given and the letters tried. This item carries your username, but records older than 6 hours are deleted automatically every hour. The in-memory copy of live match state expires after 6 hours, the "online" record after 12 hours, and an exam session record after 1 hour.

• Local data left on your device. See Section 7 — the deletion flow also clears your data

on this device; only two random numbers used to limit abuse are deliberately preserved.

(C) Data we are legally required to keep

Your purchase records (IapTransactions) are kept because of obligations arising from tax and accounting law: tax records and refund or dispute processes rely on them. The legal grounds are Art. 5(2)(ç) of the Turkish Data Protection Law (legal obligation). This record is kept even after your account is deleted.

This record contains no payment details: your card number, IBAN or billing address never reach us. Payment is collected by Google Play or the App Store; we only receive the store's transaction ID and the product ID.

Our goal: to anonymise the internal user number in these records when an account is deleted. Today that anonymisation is not performed; the record stays as it is.

4. Consequences of deleting your account

Gold and ad-free entitlements you paid for. Your gold balance is part of your account record, so it is deleted together with your account. Because deletion is your own decision, the deleted balance and any remaining entitlements are not refunded. Ad-free time packs are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew (as of 2026-08-12 no subscriptions are sold); therefore after deleting your account there is no store-side record to cancel and no billing that would continue.

Your friends. Your friendship records are deleted; your account drops out of your friends' lists. They are not sent a separate notification.

Leaderboards and leagues. Your daily league entries are deleted; you no longer appear in leaderboards.

Your opponents' match history. Duel, Live Challenge and Hangman results remain on your opponents' side (Section 3-(B)). Because those records do not contain your username, your name cannot be displayed.

Shared lists (up to 4 people). Your membership is deleted. However:

• A list you own is not deleted; it keeps working for the other members.
• The words and meanings you wrote into the list remain visible to the other members.

If you do not want that, delete those words from inside the list before deleting your account. Deleting a word in a shared list marks the record as deleted; it does not physically remove the row.

Cards you shared. If you shared a duel result with another app, a copy of that image remains wherever you shared it. We cannot retrieve it.

5. Deleting only part of your data without deleting your account

If you do not want to delete your whole account, these options exist:

Deleting your profile photo. Profile tab → the pencil (edit) badge at the bottom right of your profile picture → Profile Photo → Remove Photo. This removes the photo address from your account and deletes your photo objects from storage. The warning about the content delivery network cache in Section 3-(B) applies here too.

Deleting words in My List. In the My List tab, swipe a word sideways or choose Delete from the ⋮ menu on the row, then confirm. These words are stored on your device only; they are not sent to the server. There is no button today that deletes them in bulk; deletion is one by one.

Resetting the walkthrough records. Settings → Account → Watch the tutorial again. This clears the "seen" flags of the walkthroughs from your device.

For clarity, options we do not offer today: there is no temporary account freeze; there is no option to erase learning history while keeping the account open; there is no setting to hide yourself from leaderboards and leagues; there is no setting to hide your "last seen" status.

6. Registering again after deletion

After deleting your account you can register again with the same e-mail address. Because your old account record is deleted, the e-mail address and the username become available again.

The new account starts empty: your XP, gold, streak, badges, friends and learning history do not come back. They cannot be restored.

One warning: two records left on your device belong to the device rather than the account and are deliberately preserved by the deletion flow (Section 7). Because of this, our abuse controls may trigger if many accounts are opened on the same device.

7. Data left on your device

Deleting your account deletes the record on the server; the app then also clears your data on this device. The deletion flow removes:

• your sign-in tokens, your stored email address and the last-sync record,
• your local statistics object (XP, streak, daily activity log),
• the words you added to My List and your learning progress on words (correct/wrong

counters, difficulty level, mastery flags),

• the offline copy of shared lists,
• the entire device preferences file: your mini-game high scores, notification preferences and

quiet hours, celebration and tour flags, and your language/theme choice,

• the word of the day and streak shown by the home-screen widget.

Local data that is not deleted:

The most reliable route: after deleting your account, uninstall the app from your phone — that also removes the items in the table above.
