Bu tablo, ödeme yükümlülüğü altına girmeden önce bilmeniz gereken çekirdek bilgidir. Her satırın ayrıntısı işaret edilen bölümdedir; bağlayıcı olan tam metindir, özet değil.

KAPSAM — bu formu kim veriyor, satıcı kim?

Worvento'da satın aldığınız 13 dijital ürün, uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağazanın ödeme sistemi üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi mağaza alır, faturayı/makbuzu mağaza gönderir, katma değer vergisini mağaza hesaplar ve ilgili idareye beyan eder. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz — biz yalnızca mağazanın onayladığı satın almanın kaydını alır ve satın aldığınız hakkı hesabınıza işleriz.

Hangi işlemde kimin "kayıtlı satıcı" olduğu mağazaya ve ülkenize göre değişir:

Sonuç — pratikte ne demek:

1. Para ve iade işlemleri mağazadan geçer. Bir iade talebinizi teknik olarak yalnız mağaza

yürütebilir. Bu yüzden iade taleplerinizi önce mağazaya iletmenizi istiyoruz (nasıl yapılacağı §7'de adım adım yazıyor).

1. Sorumluluk bizde. Mağazanın kayıtlı satıcı olması bizi sorumluluktan kurtarmaz.

Mağazalarla yaptığımız sözleşmeler de bunu açıkça böyle düzenliyor. "Satıcı Apple/Google, biz sorumlu değiliz" demiyoruz ve diyemeyiz.

1. Ürünün kendisinden biz sorumluyuz: satın aldığınız altının/hakkın hesabınıza doğru

işlenmesi, ürünün tanıtıldığı gibi çalışması, ayıplı ifada haklarınız — bunların muhatabı biziz.

0. Bu form ne işe yarar?

Bu form, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (MSY) m.5 gereği, siz ödeme yükümlülüğü altına girmeden önce bilmeniz gereken her şeyi tek yerde toplar. MSY m.5/2 uyarınca bu form Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi'nin ayrılmaz parçasıdır ve iki taraf açıkça aksini kararlaştırmadıkça değiştirilemez.

MSY m.7 uyarınca, bu formu okuduğunuzu teyit etmenizi sağlamak zorundayız. Teyit sağlanmazsa sözleşme kurulmamış sayılır.

1. (a) Ürünlerin temel nitelikleri

1.1 Önce en önemli şey: "altın" nedir, ne değildir?

Worvento'daki altın, uygulama içinde harcadığınız sanal bir sayaçtır. Altın:

• para değildir, elektronik para değildir, kripto varlık değildir;
• nakde çevrilemez, banka hesabına aktarılamaz;
• başka kullanıcıya devredilemez (altınla satın alınmış sanal hediye eşyalarını

arkadaşınıza gönderebilirsiniz, ama altının kendisini gönderemezsiniz);

• yalnızca Worvento içinde, yalnızca Worvento'nun sunduğu sanal öğeler için kullanılabilir;
• gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur.

Hukuken altın, bize karşı sınırlı bir kullanım hakkıdır (gayrimaddi dijital içerik). 6493 sayılı Kanun anlamında elektronik para tanımının kurucu unsuru olan "ihraç eden dışındaki kişilerce ödeme aracı olarak kabul edilme" unsuru burada yoktur.

1.2 14 ürünün tam listesi

Fiyatlar hakkında: Aşağıdaki tutarlar Türkiye için liste fiyatlarımızdır ve Türk Lirası cinsindendir. Ödeyeceğiniz tutar ülkenize ve o ülkedeki vergi oranına göre değişir; gerçek fiyat, ödeme onayından önce mağazanın kendi ekranında, yerel para biriminizde ve tüm vergiler dâhil olarak gösterilir. Bağlayıcı olan, mağaza ekranında gördüğünüz tutardır.

Tüketilebilir altın paketleri (tek kullanımlık; her seferinde yeniden alınabilir)

İlk alım ×2: Hesabınızdaki ilk gerçek altın paketi alımında paketteki altın iki katı verilir. Bu hak hesap başına bir kezdir ve yalnız yukarıdaki yedi paketten birini aldığınızda kullanılır — Sezon Pass, Plus+ Kombo, Başlangıç Paketi veya reklamsız ürünler bu hakkı tüketmez.

Sezonluk ürünler (tüketilebilir; her sezon yeniden alınabilir)

Sezon nedir: Sezonlar 28 günlük bloklardır ve UTC saatiyle pazartesi 00.00'da başlar. Sezon Pass yalnızca satın aldığınız sezon için geçerlidir; sezon bitince premium hak sona erer. Bir sonraki sezon için yeniden satın alınması gerekir. Bu, "ömür boyu" bir ürün değildir.

Sezon premium hakkının içeriği (hepsi sunucu tarafında uygulanır):

• Sezon ödül rayındaki ödüller 2 katı olarak verilir (tek ödül rayı; ikinci bir ray açılmaz),
• premium kullanıcılara özel günlük ve haftalık görevler,
• profilde 👑 premium işareti (liderlik listelerinde ve başka kullanıcılar profilinize

baktığında da görünür),

• seri kalkanı tavanının 2 yerine 3 olması — **kalkanların kendisi bedava değildir,

altınla satın alınır**,

• 30 günde bir ücretsiz seri onarma hakkı,
• günde +1 ücretsiz çark çevirme,
• yalnız premium kullanıcıların gönderebildiği özel hediyeler,
• hediye vitrininde daha fazla gösterim yuvası,
• profil fotoğrafı yükleme ve başkalarının profil fotoğrafını tam boyutta görüntüleme hakkı.

Sezon premium hakkının İÇERMEDİĞİ: reklamsız erişim. Premium hakkı olan kullanıcıya da reklam gösterilir. Reklamsızlık ayrı bir üründür (aşağıdaki reklamsız ürünler veya Plus+ Kombo).

Profil fotoğrafı hakkında: premium hakkınız sona erdikten sonra yüklediğiniz profil fotoğrafı 30 gün daha korunur. Bu süre içinde premium hakkı yeniden alınmazsa fotoğraf sunucudan silinir ve profilinize, sahip olduğunuz avatarlardan biri takılır. Fotoğrafı bu süre dolmadan kendiniz de kaldırabilirsiniz.

Kalıcı (tek seferlik) ürünler

Başlangıç Paketi hesap başına bir kez alınabilir; ikinci alım denemesi sunucu tarafında reddedilir. Bu üründe ilk-alım ×2 bonusu uygulanmaz.

Reklamsız süre paketleri (tek seferlik; abonelik değildir)

Bu üç ürün abonelik değildir: otomatik yenilenmez ve sizden tekrar tahsilat yapılmaz. İstediğiniz kadar satın alabilirsiniz; her yeni paketin süresi mevcut sürenizin bitişine eklenir (örneğin haftalık paketten 4 gün kalmışken aylık alırsanız toplam 34 gün olur). Ayrıntı §9'dadır.

"Reklamsız erişim" tam olarak neyi kapsar?

• Uygulamadaki reklamlar gösterilmez; reklam karşılığı verilen ödüller (çark, mağaza, sınava

devam, pet maması) reklam izlemeden verilir.

• Kapsadığı tek şey budur. Reklamsız ürünler başka hiçbir ayrıcalık vermez.

Sezon premium hakkının faydaları (ödül çarpanı, premium görevler, 👑 işareti, ek çark, seri onarma, özel hediyeler, profil fotoğrafı yükleme) reklamsız ürünlere dâhil değildir — bunlar Sezon Pass veya Plus+ Kombo ile gelir. Tersi de doğrudur: Sezon Pass reklamları kaldırmaz. İkisini birden isteyen kullanıcı için Plus+ Kombo vardır.

MSY m.5/7 uyarınca sözleşme bir platform üzerinden kurulduğunda aracı hizmet sağlayıcı da ön bilgilendirmeden müteselsilen sorumludur.

Bu adres §3'teki genel iletişim adresiyle aynıdır — tek iletişim kanalımız budur. Uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Destek ekranından da yazabilirsiniz; mesajınız bu adrese iletilir ve yanıt e-posta adresinize gelir.

5. (d) Fiyat, vergiler ve ek masraflar

• Yukarıdaki tablolardaki tutarlar mağazadaki liste fiyatlarımızdır. Mağaza bunları ülkenize

göre yerel para birimine çevirir ve tüm vergileri dâhil ederek gösterir. Bağlayıcı tutar, ödeme onayından önce mağaza ekranında gördüğünüz tutardır.

• Katma değer vergisi: Türkiye'de hem Google hem Apple, KDV'yi belirleyip tahsil ve beyan

eder. Fiyatlar KDV dâhil gösterilir. Sizden ayrıca bir vergi tahsil edilmez.

• Kargo, nakliye, teslim masrafı yoktur — ürünler dijitaldir, fiziksel teslim yapılmaz.
• Başka hiçbir ek masraf yoktur. MSY m.5/3 uyarınca bu formda bildirilmeyen bir ek masrafı

sizden isteyemeyiz.

• Reklamsız süre paketleri için: fiyat tek seferliktir — 7 günlük paket 19,99 ₺,

30 günlük paket 49,99 ₺, 365 günlük paket 489,99 ₺ (ülkenizdeki karşılığı ve vergisi mağazada gösterilir). Bu ürünler abonelik olmadığı için dönemsel tahsilat yoktur; süreniz bittiğinde sizden yeniden ücret alınmaz, hak kendiliğinden sona erer.

• Döviz kuru / banka masrafı: Ödemeyi mağaza aldığı için kur çevrimi ve varsa banka/kart

masrafları mağaza ile bankanız arasındaki ilişkiye tabidir; biz bu tutarları belirlemiyoruz ve tahsil etmiyoruz.

6. (e) Uzaktan iletişim aracının kullanım bedeli

Sözleşmenin kurulması için kullanılan uzaktan iletişim aracı (internet bağlantınız) nedeniyle size olağan tarifenin üzerinde hiçbir ilave maliyet yüklenmez. İnternet kullanımınızın bedeli kendi operatörünüzle aranızdaki tarifeye tabidir.

7. (f) İfa / teslim süresi ve teslimata ilişkin bilgiler

Ürünler dijitaldir; fiziksel teslim, kargo ve taşıyıcı yoktur.

Akış şu şekilde işler:

1. Mağaza ödemenizi onaylar ve size bir makbuz gönderir.
2. Uygulama, mağazadan aldığı satın alma makbuzunu bizim sunucumuza iletir.
3. Sunucumuz makbuzu doğrular ve satın aldığınız hakkı derhal hesabınıza işler: altın

bakiyenize eklenir, reklamsız hakkınız başlar/uzatılır, sezon premium hakkınız açılır.

1. Sonuç uygulamada anında görünür.

Önemli teknik ayrıntılar:

• Altın miktarını ve verilen hakkı sunucu belirler, uygulama değil. Bu, hem hile önlemek hem

de doğru miktarın verilmesini garanti etmek içindir.

• Aynı satın alma iki kez işlenmez. Sunucu her mağaza işlem kimliğini bir kez kabul eder;

tekrar gönderilirse "bu satın alma zaten işlenmiş" yanıtı döner ve ikinci kez altın verilmez/tahsilat yapılmaz.

• İşlenmezse ne yapmalısınız: Ödeme alındı ama hakkınız görünmüyorsa, uygulamayı kapatıp

açmak veya satın alma ekranındaki "Geri yükle" işlevini kullanmak çoğu durumda çözer. Çözmezse mağaza makbuzunuzla birlikte worvento.info@gmail.com adresine yazın; kaydı bulup hakkı elle işleriz. Hakkınız hiç işlenemezse ödediğiniz bedeli mağaza üzerinden iade ettiririz.

• İade hâlinde geri alma (clawback): Mağaza bir satın almayı iade ederse, mağaza bize iade

bildirimi gönderir ve o satın almada verilen altın hesabınızdan geri alınır. Bakiyeniz eksiye düşürülmez; altını kısmen harcamışsanız fark bizim üzerimizde kalır. İade edilen bir satın almayla açılmış reklamsız/premium hak da sona erdirilir.

8. (g) Cayma hakkı ve (h) cayma hakkının kullanılamadığı hâller

8.1 Kural: 14 gün

6502 sayılı Kanun m.48 ve MSY m.9 uyarınca mesafeli sözleşmelerde tüketici, 14 gün içinde, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir. Cayma bildirimi bize ulaştıktan sonra tahsil edilen tüm ödemeler 14 gün içinde iade edilir (MSY m.12).

MSY m.10 uyarınca: cayma hakkı konusunda bilgilendirildiğinizi ispat yükü bizde; bilgilendirme yapılmazsa 14 günlük süreyle bağlı olmazsınız ve süre, cayma süresinin bittiği tarihten itibaren bir yıl sonra sona erer. Bu bilgiyi kendi aleyhimize olmasına rağmen yazıyoruz, çünkü şeffaflık bunu gerektiriyor.

8.2 Dijital ürünlerde istisna — ürün grubu bazında

Dijital ürünlerde cayma hakkı, ürün anında teslim edildiği veya ifasına başlandığı için belirli koşullarda düşer. Bu bir "hiçbir şekilde cayamazsınız" kuralı değildir; hangi ürün için hangi dayanağın geçerli olduğunu aşağıda ayrı ayrı yazıyoruz.

(1) Altın paketleri (7 ürün) + starter_pack + adfree_lifetime Dayanak: MSY m.15/1-(ğ) — "elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler veya tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallara ilişkin sözleşmeler". Altın hesabınıza anında geçtiği ve kalıcı hak anında açıldığı için, teslim gerçekleştikten sonra cayma hakkı düşer.

(2) Abonelikler (sub_monthly, sub_yearly) Abonelik "anında ifa edilip biten" bir hizmet değil, süregelen bir hizmettir. Bu yüzden tek başına m.15/1-(ğ) yeterli değildir; dayanak MSY m.15/1-(h)'dir: "cayma hakkı süresi sona ermeden önce, tüketicinin onayı ile ifasına başlanan hizmetlere ilişkin sözleşmeler". Yani cayma hakkının düşmesi, sizin ifaya derhal başlanmasını talep etmenize bağlıdır (bkz. §8.4).

(3) Sezonluk ürünler (season_pass, combo_plus) Bu ürünler hem anında açılır hem sezon boyunca ifa edilir. Bu yüzden m.15/1-(ğ) ve m.15/1-(h) birlikte dayanaktır ve abonelikte olduğu gibi onayınız alınır.

8.3 Cayma hakkının KULLANILABİLDİĞİ hâller

İstisna, yalnız ifa/teslim gerçekleştiğinde işler. Aşağıdaki durumlarda cayma hakkınız durmaktadır ve kullanabilirsiniz:

• Hak hesabınıza hiç işlenmediyse (ödeme alındı ama altın/reklamsız hak/premium hak

verilmediyse) — teslim gerçekleşmemiştir;

• Aboneliğiniz henüz başlamadıysa ya da ileri tarihli bir dönem için ödeme alındıysa, o

dönem başlamadan önce;

• §8.4'teki onayları vermediyseniz: ının düşmesi için üç şartı birlikte arar

(önceden açık onay + cayma hakkını kaybettiğinizi kabul beyanı + bunun kalıcı veri taşıyıcısında tarafımızdan teyidi). Bu üçü tamamlanmamışsa cayma hakkınız düşmez ve m.14(4)(b) uyarınca hiçbir bedel ödemezsiniz;

• Ürün tanıtıldığı gibi çalışmıyorsa — bu bir cayma değil ayıplı ifa hâlidir; cayma

istisnası sizi ayıplı ifa haklarınızdan yoksun bırakmaz (bkz. Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi §8).

8.4 Cayma hakkının düşmesi için gereken onaylar

MSY m.5/1-(h) bilgilendirmeyi zorunlu tutar; AB mevzuatı ise ayrıca onay arar. Türkiye, Bu yüzden satın alma butonuna basmadan hemen önce üç ayrı onay isteriz:

• ☐ Onay 1: "Bu Ön Bilgilendirme Formunu ve Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesini okudum, anladım ve

onaylıyorum." (MSY m.7)

• ☐ Onay 2: "Satın aldığım ürünün ifasına/teslimine derhal başlanmasını talep ediyorum."

(MSY m.15/1-(h))(i))

• ☐ Onay 3: "İfa/teslim tamamlandığında cayma hakkımı kaybedeceğimi kabul ediyorum."

Teyit: Bu onayları verdiğinizi ve bu formun içeriğini, satın almadan sonra kayıtlı e-posta adresinize kalıcı biçimde gönderiyoruz (MSY m.7), m.8(7), m.16(m)(iii)). Ayrıca onayın gösterildiği ve verildiği kayıt (metin sürümü + zaman damgası) sunucumuzda tutulur; ispat yükü bizdedir (MSY m.5/6).

Onay kutuları önceden işaretli değildir ve işaretlemezseniz satın alma tamamlanmaz.

8.5 (ğ) Cayma bildirimini nereye yapacaksınız?

Cayma bildiriminizi aşağıdaki kanallardan herhangi biriyle yapabilirsiniz. Yazılı olması veya kalıcı veri saklayıcısıyla iletilmesi yeterlidir (MSY m.11); belirli bir form kullanmak zorunda değilsiniz.

Faks numaramız yoktur. İade için taşıyıcı öngörülmemiştir — ürünler dijital olduğu için geri gönderilecek fiziksel bir şey yoktur ve size hiçbir gönderi masrafı çıkmaz.

8.6 Örnek cayma formu

9. Reklamsız süre paketleri — süre, yığma ve sona erme

Bu bölüm sub_weekly, sub_monthly ve sub_yearly ürünleri için geçerlidir. adfree_lifetime süresiz bir üründür ve bu bölümün kapsamı dışındadır.

9.1 Sözleşmenin niteliği ve süresi

Bu ürünler abonelik değildir. Her biri belirli süreli ve tek seferlik bir satın almadır: 7 gün, 30 gün veya 365 gün. Süre, mağaza ödemeyi onayladığı anda başlar ve sonunda kendiliğinden sona erer.

Aynı anda birden fazla paket alabilirsiniz. Yeni paketin süresi, mevcut hakkınızın bitiş tarihinin üzerine eklenir; süreler üst üste binmez, uç uca eklenir. Örneğin haftalık paketten 4 gün kalmışken 30 günlük paket alırsanız toplam hakkınız 34 gün olur.

Kalan sürenizi uygulama içinde Altın & Premium → Aktif Haklar bölümünde her zaman görebilirsiniz.

9.2 Otomatik yenileme yoktur

• Bu ürünler kendiliğinden yenilenmez. Süreniz bittiğinde sizden **yeniden ücret

alınmaz** ve kayıtlı ödeme yönteminize hiçbir tahsilat yapılmaz.

• Süre dolduğunda reklamsız hakkınız sona erer ve uygulama reklamlı kullanıma döner.

Devam etmek isterseniz yeni bir paket satın alırsınız — bu tamamen sizin tercihinizdir.

• Mağazanın "Abonelikler" bölümünde Worvento için bir kayıt görmeyeceksiniz; bu ürünler

orada tutulmaz.

• Onayınız olmadan hizmet sunup bedel istemeyiz. Talebiniz veya onayınız olmadan sunulan

bir hizmet için hiçbir bedel talep edemeyiz.

9.3 İptal gerekmez

Otomatik yenileme olmadığı için iptal edilecek bir şey yoktur; süreniz kendiliğinden biter. Uygulamayı silmeniz de satın aldığınız süreyi etkilemez — hak hesabınıza yazılıdır ve süresi dolana kadar, hesabınıza girdiğiniz her cihazda geçerlidir.

Satın alma işlemine ilişkin iade taleplerinde önce mağazaya başvurmanız gerekir; mağaza kendi iade kurallarını uygular. Bize de yazabilirsiniz (worvento.info@gmail.com); talebinizi en geç 7 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve mağaza tarafında yapılması gerekenleri size adım adım bildiririz.

Cayma hakkınıza ilişkin kurallar §8'dedir.

9.4 Fiyat değişikliği

• Fiyat değişikliği yalnızca ileride yapacağınız satın almaları etkiler. Halihazırda

satın aldığınız bir sürenin bedeli sonradan değiştirilemez ve sizden fark istenemez.

• Fiyatı değiştirirsek, güncel tutar mağaza ekranında ödemeden önce gösterilir; bağlayıcı

olan orada gördüğünüz tutardır.

• Bize haklı bir sebep olmadan ve size bildirmeden tek taraflı fiyat artırma yetkisi tanıyan

bir hüküm bu metinde yoktur; böyle bir hüküm 6502 m.5 uyarınca haksız şart sayılır.

9.5 Mücbir sebep ve hizmet kesintisi

Sunucu arızası, altyapı sağlayıcımızdaki kesinti, siber saldırı, doğal afet, elektrik/internet altyapısındaki geniş kesintiler ve mağaza sistemlerindeki arızalar hizmeti geçici olarak kesintiye uğratabilir. Kesintiyi mümkün olan en kısa sürede gideririz. Sunulmayan hizmet için bedel talep edilmez (Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği m.8); kesinti abonelik döneminizin anlamlı bir bölümünü kapsarsa süre uzatımı veya orantılı bedel iadesi uygularız.

9.6 Sözleşme tarihi, hizmetin başlangıcı ve ücretlendirme

• Sözleşmenin düzenlenme tarihi: onayları verip ödeme yükümlülüğü doğuran butona bastığınız ve

mağazanın ödemeyi onayladığı tarihtir. Bu tarih, size gönderdiğimiz teyit e-postasında ve uygulama içindeki satın alma kaydında yazılıdır (Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği m.6/1-(c)).

• Hizmetin başlama tarihi: aynı tarihtir — reklamsız hakkınız mağaza ödemeyi onayladığı anda

başlar; ileri tarihli bir başlangıç yoktur (m.6/1-(ç)).

• Ücretlendirme hizmetin sunulmasıyla başlar ve yalnız sunulan hizmet için alınır (m.8).

9.7 Ödemenin gerçekleşmemesi (temerrüt)

• Dönem ücretini mağaza tahsil eder. Tahsilat başarısız olursa mağaza belirli bir süre yeniden

dener; başarısız kalırsa abonelik yenilenmez ve reklamsız hakkınız ödediğiniz dönemin bitiminde sona erer.

• Size gecikme faizi, cezai şart veya ek ücret uygulanmaz. Bir borç takibi yapılmaz; kredi

kaydınıza bildirim yapılmaz. Tek sonuç, hakkın devam etmemesidir.

• Tahsilatın neden başarısız olduğunu ve ödeme yönteminizi mağaza hesabınızdan görüp

düzeltebilirsiniz.

9.8 Bu bilgilerde eksiklik olursa

Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği m.7 uyarınca, zorunlu içerikte bir eksiklik olması sözleşmenin geçerliliğini etkilemez; ancak eksikliği derhal gidermezsek aboneliğinizi cezai şart ödemeksizin feshedebilirsiniz. Böyle bir eksiklik görürseniz worvento.info@gmail.com adresine bildirin.

Not: Bu bölüm, Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği m.2/2 uyarınca bizim sektöre uygulanan maddeleri (m.5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 22, 23, 24, 25) esas alır. 9.9 Fesih bildirimi kanalı her zaman açıktır

Fesih ve iptal bildirimlerinizi almak için worvento.info@gmail.com adresini ve uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Destek kanalını sürekli açık tutuyoruz (m.22/4). Bildiriminizi kâğıt üzerinde veya kalıcı veri saklayıcısıyla iletmeniz yeterlidir (m.23/1); özel bir form gerekmez.

9.10 Hizmet niteliksiz olursa hakkınız nedir?

(Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği m.6/1-(h))

Bizim kusurumuzdan kaynaklanan bir sebeple reklamsız hakkınızı kullanamazsanız (örneğin ödeme alındığı hâlde hak hesabınıza işlenmezse veya reklamlar gösterilmeye devam ederse):

• 6502 sayılı Kanun'un ayıplı hizmete ilişkin hükümleri uyarınca **ayıbın giderilmesini, bedelin

indirilmesini veya sözleşmeden dönerek bedelin iadesini** talep edebilirsiniz;

• kaybedilen süreyi telafi ederiz (hakkınızın süresini kesinti kadar uzatırız);
• talebinizi worvento.info@gmail.com adresine iletin; ayıplı ifa ile ilgili tam bölüm Mesafeli

Satış Sözleşmesi §8'dedir.

Bu haklar cayma hakkından bağımsızdır: cayma hakkının düşmesi ayıplı ifadan doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

10. (ı) Depozito ve mali teminatlar

Yoktur. Sizden hiçbir depozito, güvence bedeli, ön ödeme veya mali teminat istenmez.

11. (i) Dijital içeriğin işlevselliğini etkileyebilecek teknik koruma önlemleri

Aşağıdakiler ürünün nasıl çalıştığını doğrudan etkiler; satın almadan önce bilmeniz gerekir.

1. Hesap zorunludur. Worvento'yu hesapsız kullanamazsınız. Satın aldığınız her şey

hesabınıza bağlanır, cihazınıza değil. Hesabınızı silerseniz satın aldıklarınız kaybolur.

1. Sürekli internet gerekir (online-only). İnternet bağlantınız yokken uygulama yalnız

Kendi Listem (MyList) bölümünü açar; oyunlar, sınavlar, mağaza, sezon, sosyal bölümler, satın alma ve satın aldığınız hakların kullanımı dâhil diğer her şey kilitlenir ve "bağlantı yok" ekranına yönlendirilir.

1. Altın ve haklar sunucuda tutulur, cihazda değil. Bakiyenizi ve haklarınızı sunucu

belirler. Cihazınızdaki veriyi değiştirmek bakiyenizi değiştirmez. Bu, hem hile önlemek hem de cihaz kaybında hakkınızı korumak içindir.

1. Oturum süreleri. Giriş oturumu 7 gün, oturum yenileme hakkı 30 gün geçerlidir. Süre

dolduğunda yeniden giriş yapmanız gerekir.

1. Hız sınırı ve hile önleme. Sunucumuz aynı kaynaktan dakikada 600 isteği aşan trafiği

sınırlar; kayıt, giriş, e-posta kodu ve destek uçlarında daha sıkı sınırlar vardır. Otomasyon veya hile tespitinde hesap askıya alınabilir. Bu kontroller cihaz parmak izi ve IP bilgisine dayanır.

1. Altın devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez (bkz. §1.1). Altınla satın alınmış sanal hediye

eşyalarını arkadaşınıza gönderebilirsiniz; altının kendisini gönderemezsiniz.

1. Sezonluk ürünlerin süresi vardır. Sezon Pass yalnız satın alındığı 28 günlük sezon için

geçerlidir; sezon bitiminde premium hak sona erer.

1. İade hâlinde verilen altın geri alınır (bkz. §7).
2. Aynı satın alma iki kez işlenmez (bkz. §7).
3. Başlangıç Paketi hesap başına bir kez alınabilir; sunucu ikinci alımı reddeder.
4. Mağaza hesabı gerekir. Satın alma yalnız geçerli bir Google Play veya App Store hesabıyla

ve mağazanın ödeme sistemi üzerinden yapılabilir. Bizim kendi ödeme kanalımız yoktur.

Bu önlemler dışında dosya kopyalamayı engelleyen bir DRM veya kopya koruma teknolojisi kullanılmıyor; korumanın tamamı yukarıdaki sunucu-taraflı mimariden geliyor.

12. (j) Donanım ve yazılım uyumluluğu

Uygulamanın çalışması için ayrıca bir yazılım satın almanız gerekmez.

13. (k) Uyuşmazlık çözümü ve başvuru yolları

13.1 Türkiye'de ikamet ediyorsanız

• Uyuşmazlıklarınız için il veya ilçe tüketici hakem heyetlerine ya da **tüketici

mahkemesine** başvurabilirsiniz.

• 2026 yılı parasal sınırı 186.000 TL'dir. Bu tutarın altındaki uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici

hakem heyetine başvuru dava şartıdır — doğrudan açılan dava usulden reddedilir. Bu tutarın üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici mahkemesi görevlidir (mahkemede dava açmadan önce arabuluculuk dava şartı uygulanır).

• Bu parasal sınır her yıl güncellenir. Güncel tutar için Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın ilgili

duyurusuna bakınız.

• Başvuruyu e-Devlet Kapısı üzerinden Tüketici Bilgi Sistemi'nden (TÜBİS) yapabilirsiniz.
• Yerleşim yerinizdeki hakem heyetine/mahkemeye başvurabilirsiniz. Bu metinde belirli bir

şehrin mahkemelerini yetkili kılan bir hüküm yoktur ve olamaz; böyle bir hüküm 6502 m.5 ve m.73/5 karşısında geçersizdir.

13.3 Her hâlde

Önce worvento.info@gmail.com adresine yazmanızı rica ediyoruz — çoğu sorun (işlenmemiş satın alma, yanlış bakiye, iade) doğrudan ve hızlıca çözülebiliyor. Bu, yasal başvuru hakkınızı hiçbir şekilde sınırlamaz veya geciktirmez.

14.1 Sözleşmenin kurulması için izlenecek teknik adımlar

1. Uygulamada Altın & Premium ekranını açarsınız.
2. Ürünü seçersiniz; kartında ne verdiği ve fiyatı yazar.
3. Sipariş özeti görünür: ürün adı, ne verdiği, dönemi (abonelikse), fiyatı.
4. Onay kutuları çıkar: Ön Bilgilendirme Formu + Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi onayı, ifaya

derhal başlanması talebi ve cayma hakkının kaybı kabulü (bkz. §8.4). İşaretlemezseniz devam edemezsiniz.

1. Ödeme yükümlülüğü doğuran butona basarsınız. Bu buton, ödeme yükümlülüğü doğurduğunu

açıkça belirten bir ibare taşır (MSY m.8)).

• Size gönderilen e-posta, sözleşmenin sizin elinizdeki kalıcı kopyasıdır; e-posta kutunuzda

kaldığı sürece erişebilirsiniz.

• Metinlerin güncel ve geçmiş sürümleri https://worvento.com/legal/ altında yayında

kalır; hesabınız açık olduğu sürece uygulama içinden de erişebilirsiniz.

14.3 Veri giriş hatalarını nasıl düzeltirsiniz?

• Satın almadan önce sipariş özeti ekranında seçtiğiniz ürünü ve tutarı görürsünüz; yanlışsa

• Mağazanın ödeme ekranında son bir kez kesin tutarı görürsünüz ve iptal edebilirsiniz.

Kısaca: kart bilgileriniz bize gelmez. Bize mağazadan gelen makbuz doğrulama verisi, mağaza işlem kimliği, ürün kimliği ve hesabınızın kimliği ulaşır; bu kayıtları satın almanın doğru işlenmesi, iade/çift işlem kontrolü ve mali yükümlülükler için tutarız.

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Satın almayla ilgili olarak yalnızca satın alma doğrulaması için mağazalarla (Google, Apple) veri alışverişi olur. Uygulamanın diğer işlevlerinde hangi verinin hangi alıcıyla paylaşıldığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda tek tek sayılmıştır.

mekanizmalarıyla çocuğunuzun satın almalarını önden onaya bağlayabilirsiniz.

16. Ticari elektronik ileti

açıkça onayınızı alacağız (6563 sayılı Kanun m.6); onay kutusu zorunlu olmayacak ve önceden işaretli gelmeyecektir.

• Size gönderdiğimiz e-postalar işlemsel niteliktedir ve ticari elektronik ileti değildir:

e-posta doğrulama kodu, şifre sıfırlama kodu, hesap silme onay kodu, destek talebinize yanıt, satın alma teyidi ve sözleşme kopyası, abonelik yenileme hatırlatması, fiyat değişikliği bildirimi. Bunlar hizmetin ifası ve yasal bilgilendirme yükümlülüğümüz gereğidir; bu yüzden reddedilemezler.

• Pazarlama iletisi göndermeye başlarsak, her iletide ücretsiz ve kolay bir ret kanalı

bulunacak; ret talebiniz 3 iş günü içinde uygulanacaktır.

• MSY m.7 uyarınca bu formu edindiğinizin teyidi sağlanır; teyit sağlanmazsa sözleşme kurulmamış

sayılır.

SCOPE — who is giving you this form, and who is the seller?

The 13 digital products you can buy in Worvento are sold through the payment system of the store you downloaded the app from. The store takes the payment, the store issues the receipt, and the store calculates and remits value added tax. Your card details never reach us — we only receive the record of a purchase the store has approved, and we credit the purchased entitlement to your account.

Who the "merchant of record" is depends on the store and your country:

What this means in practice:

1. Money and refunds go through the store. Technically only the store can process a refund,

so we ask you to send refund requests to the store first (step-by-step instructions in §7 and in the Distance Sales Agreement §9).

1. Responsibility stays with us. The store being the merchant of record does not relieve us

of liability. Our agreements with the stores say so explicitly. We do not, and may not, say "Apple/Google is the seller, we are not responsible".

1. We are responsible for the product itself: that the gold/entitlement you bought is

credited correctly to your account, that the product works as described, and for your rights in case of defective performance.

0. What is this form for?

Under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (DCR), we must give you all the information you need before you assume any payment obligation, in one place. Under DCR Art. 5(2) this form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement and cannot be changed unless both parties expressly agree.

Under DCR Art. 7 we must make sure you confirm that you have received this information. If that confirmation is not obtained, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.

1. (a) Essential characteristics of the products

1.1 First, the most important point: what "gold" is and is not

Gold in Worvento is a virtual counter you spend inside the app. Gold:

• is not money, is not electronic money, is not a crypto-asset;
• cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account;
• cannot be transferred to another user (you can send virtual gift items bought with gold to

a friend, but you cannot send the gold itself);

• can be used only inside Worvento, only for virtual items Worvento offers;
• has no real-world value.

Legally, gold is a limited right of use against us (intangible digital content). The constitutive element of the definition of electronic money under Turkish Law No. 6493 — acceptance as a means of payment by persons other than the issuer — is absent here.

1.2 Full list of the 14 products

About prices: the amounts below are our store list prices for Türkiye, in Turkish lira. What you actually pay depends on your country and its tax rate. The real price is shown on the store's own screen before you confirm payment, in your local currency and inclusive of all taxes. The binding amount is the one you see on the store screen.

Consumable gold packs (single use; can be bought again each time)

First purchase ×2: on the first genuine gold pack purchased on your account, the gold in the pack is doubled. This is once per account and applies only to the seven packs above — Season Pass, Plus+ Combo, Starter Pack and the ad-free products do not consume this entitlement.

Seasonal products (consumable; can be bought again each season)

What a season is: seasons are 28-day blocks starting Monday 00:00 UTC. The Season Pass is valid only for the season in which you bought it; when the season ends, the premium entitlement ends. It must be purchased again for the next season. This is not a "lifetime" product.

What the season premium entitlement includes (all enforced server-side):

• rewards on the season reward track are granted at 2× (single reward track; no second

track is opened),

• daily and weekly quests exclusive to premium users,
• a 👑 premium marker on your profile (also visible in leaderboards and to other users

viewing your profile),

• a streak shield cap of 3 instead of 2 — **the shields themselves are not free, they

are bought with gold**,

• one free streak repair every 30 days,
• +1 free wheel spin per day,
• special gifts only premium users can send,
• more display slots in the gift showcase,
• profile photo upload, and viewing other users' profile photos at full size.

What the season premium entitlement does NOT include: ad-free access. Users with a premium entitlement are still shown ads. Ad-free access is a separate product (the ad-free products below, or the Plus+ Bundle).

About your profile photo: after your premium entitlement ends, a profile photo you uploaded is kept for 30 more days. If premium is not purchased again within that window, the photo is deleted from the server and one of the avatars you own is set on your profile. You can also remove the photo yourself before the window ends.

Permanent (one-off) products

The Starter Pack can be bought once per account; a second attempt is rejected server-side. The first-purchase ×2 bonus does not apply to this product.

Ad-free duration packs (one-off; not subscriptions)

These three products are not subscriptions: they do not renew automatically and you are never charged again. You may buy as many as you like; each new pack is added to the end of your current entitlement (for example, with 4 days left on a weekly pack, buying the 30-day pack gives you 34 days in total). Details are in §9.

What exactly does "ad-free access" cover?

• Ads are not shown; rewards otherwise given for watching an ad (wheel, shop, exam continue, pet

food) are granted without watching an ad.

• That is all it covers. Ad-free products grant no other benefit.

The benefits of the season premium entitlement (reward multiplier, premium quests, 👑 marker, extra spin, streak repair, special gifts, profile photo upload) are not included in the ad-free products — those come with the Season Pass or Plus+ Combo. The reverse is also true: the Season Pass does not remove ads. Users who want both are served by the Plus+ Combo.

This is the same address as the general contact address in §3 — it is our single contact channel. You can also write from Settings → Support in the app; your message is forwarded to this address and the reply comes to your email.

5. (d) Price, taxes and additional costs

• The amounts in the tables above are our store list prices. The store converts them to your

local currency and displays them inclusive of all taxes. The binding amount is the one shown on the store screen before you confirm payment.

• VAT: in Türkiye both Google and Apple determine, collect and remit VAT. Prices are shown

VAT inclusive. No separate tax is collected from you by us.

• There are no shipping, carriage or delivery costs — the products are digital and there is no

physical delivery.

• There are no other additional costs. Under DCR Art. 5(3) we cannot claim from you any

additional cost not disclosed in this form.

• For ad-free duration packs: the price is one-off — 19.99 TRY for the 7-day pack,

49.99 TRY for the 30-day pack and 489.99 TRY for the 365-day pack (your local equivalent and tax are shown by the store). Because these are not subscriptions there is no periodic charge; when your time runs out you are not charged again and the entitlement simply ends.

• Currency conversion / bank charges: because the store takes the payment, currency

conversion and any bank or card charges are governed by the relationship between the store and your bank; we neither set nor collect those amounts.

6. (e) Cost of the means of distance communication

No cost above the standard tariff is charged to you for the means of distance communication (your internet connection) used to conclude the contract. The cost of your internet use is governed by your own operator's tariff.

7. (f) Performance / delivery time and delivery information

The products are digital; there is no physical delivery, no shipping and no carrier.

The flow is:

1. The store approves your payment and sends you a receipt.
2. The app forwards the purchase receipt it received from the store to our server.
3. Our server verifies the receipt and credits the purchased entitlement to your account

immediately: gold is added to your balance, ad-free access starts or is extended, the season premium entitlement is opened.

1. The result appears in the app right away.

Important technical details:

• The server determines the amount of gold and the entitlement granted, not the app. This

both prevents cheating and guarantees that the correct amount is granted.

• The same purchase is never processed twice. The server accepts each store transaction id

once; if it is sent again it responds "this purchase has already been processed" and no gold is granted a second time.

• If it is not credited: if payment was taken but your entitlement is not visible, closing and

reopening the app or using "Restore" on the purchase screen resolves most cases. If not, write to worvento.info@gmail.com with your store receipt; we will find the record and grant the entitlement manually. If the entitlement cannot be granted at all, we will have the amount you paid refunded through the store.

• Clawback on refund: if the store refunds a purchase, the store sends us a refund

notification and the gold granted for that purchase is taken back from your account. Your balance is never taken below zero; if you have already spent part of the gold, the difference is borne by us. Ad-free/premium entitlements opened by a refunded purchase are also ended.

8. (g) Right of withdrawal and (h) cases where it does not apply

8.1 The rule: 14 days

Under Art. 48 of Law No. 6502 and DCR Art. 9, in distance contracts the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Once your withdrawal notice reaches us, all payments collected are refunded within 14 days (DCR Art. 12).

Under DCR Art. 10: the burden of proving that you were informed about the right of withdrawal lies with us; if that information is not given you are not bound by the 14-day period and the period expires one year after the end of the withdrawal period. We write this even though it works against us, because transparency requires it.

8.2 The exception for digital products — per product group

For digital products the right of withdrawal lapses under certain conditions, because the product is delivered or performance begins immediately. This is not a blanket "you can never withdraw" rule; below we set out which basis applies to which product.

(1) Gold packs (7 products) + starter_pack + adfree_lifetime Basis: DCR Art. 15(1)(ğ) — "contracts concerning services performed instantaneously in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantaneously to the consumer". Because gold is credited instantly and permanent entitlements are opened instantly, the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has taken place.

(2) Subscriptions (sub_monthly, sub_yearly) A subscription is not a service "performed and completed instantaneously" but a continuing service. Art. 15(1)(ğ) alone is therefore not sufficient; the basis is DCR Art. 15(1)(h): "contracts concerning services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period expires". The lapse of the right of withdrawal therefore depends on your request that performance begin immediately (see §8.4).

(3) Seasonal products (season_pass, combo_plus) These are both opened instantly and performed over the season. The basis is therefore Art. 15(1)(ğ) and Art. 15(1)(h) together, and your consent is obtained as with subscriptions.

8.3 Cases where the right of withdrawal CAN be used

The exception operates only where performance/delivery has taken place. In the following cases your right of withdrawal stands and you can use it:

• the entitlement was never credited to your account (payment taken but no gold / ad-free /

premium entitlement granted) — delivery has not occurred;

• your subscription has not yet started, or payment was taken for a future period, before that

period begins;

• you did not give the consents in §8.4 — all three conditions for losing the right of

withdrawal must be met together (prior express consent + your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal + our confirmation of that on a durable medium). If all three are not met, the right of withdrawal does not lapse and under Art. 14(4)(b) you pay nothing;

• the product does not work as described — that is not withdrawal but **defective

performance**; the withdrawal exception does not deprive you of your defective-performance rights (see Distance Sales Agreement §8).

8.4 Consents required for the right of withdrawal to lapse

DCR Art. 5(1)(h) requires information; EU law additionally requires consent. We apply the same standard in Türkiye. Immediately before the purchase button we therefore ask for three separate consents:

• ☐ Consent 1: "I have read, understood and approve this Pre-Contractual Information Form and

the Distance Sales Agreement." (DCR Art. 7)

• ☐ Consent 2: "I request that performance/delivery of the product begin immediately."

(DCR Art. 15(1)(h))(i))

• ☐ Consent 3: "I accept that I will lose my right of withdrawal once

performance/delivery is complete."

Confirmation: after the purchase we send the fact that you gave these consents, together with the content of this form, to your registered email address in durable form (DCR Art. 7), 8(7), 16(m)(iii)). A record of the consent being shown and given (text version + timestamp) is also kept on our server; the burden of proof lies with us (DCR Art. 5(6)).

The consent boxes are not pre-ticked, and the purchase cannot be completed unless you tick them.

8.5 (ğ) Where to send a withdrawal notice

You may send your withdrawal notice through any of the channels below. It is sufficient that it be in writing or transmitted on a durable medium (DCR Art. 11); you do not have to use any particular form.

We have no fax number. No carrier is designated for returns — as the products are digital, there is nothing physical to send back and you incur no shipping cost.

8.6 Model withdrawal form

9. Ad-free duration packs — term, stacking and expiry

This section applies to sub_weekly, sub_monthly and sub_yearly. adfree_lifetime has no expiry and falls outside this section.

9.1 Nature and term of the contract

These products are not subscriptions. Each one is a fixed-term, one-off purchase: 7 days, 30 days or 365 days. The term starts the moment the store approves your payment and ends by itself when the time runs out.

You may hold more than one pack. The term of a new pack is added to the end of your current entitlement; terms are joined end to end rather than overlapping. For example, with 4 days left on a weekly pack, buying the 30-day pack gives you 34 days in total.

Your remaining time is always visible in the app under Gold & Premium → Active Entitlements.

9.2 There is no auto-renewal

• These products do not renew by themselves. When your time runs out you are **not charged

again** and no payment is taken from your stored payment method.

• When the term ends your ad-free entitlement stops and the app returns to its ad-supported

mode. If you want to continue, you buy another pack — entirely your choice.

• You will not see a Worvento entry in the "Subscriptions" section of the store; these

products are not held there.

• We do not charge for a service provided without your consent. We cannot claim any payment

for a service provided without your express request or consent.

9.3 No cancellation is needed

Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel; your time simply ends. Deleting the app does not affect time you have already bought — the entitlement is recorded against your account and remains valid on every device you sign in to until it expires.

For refund requests relating to a purchase you must contact the store first; the store applies its own refund rules. You may also write to us (worvento.info@gmail.com); we will conclude your request within 7 days at the latest and tell you step by step what needs to be done on the store side.

The rules on your right of withdrawal are in §8.

9.4 Price changes

• A price change affects only purchases you make in the future. The price of time you have

already bought cannot be changed afterwards and no difference can be claimed from you.

• If we change a price, the current amount is shown on the store screen before you pay; the

binding amount is the one you see there.

• This text contains no clause allowing us to raise prices unilaterally without a valid

reason and without notifying you; such a clause would be an unfair term under Art. 5 of Law No. 6502.

9.5 Force majeure and service interruption

Server failure, an outage at our infrastructure provider, a cyber-attack, natural disaster, large-scale power or internet outages and failures in store systems may temporarily interrupt the service. We remedy interruptions as quickly as possible. No fee is charged for a service not supplied (Subscription Contracts Regulation Art. 8); if an interruption covers a meaningful part of your subscription period, we extend the period or refund proportionally.

9.6 Contract date, start of the service and charging

• Date the contract is made: the date on which you give the consents, press the button creating

the payment obligation, and the store approves the payment. This date appears in the confirmation email we send you and in the purchase record in the app (Subscription Contracts Regulation Art. 6(1)(c)).

• Date the service starts: the same date — your ad-free entitlement starts the moment the store

approves the payment; there is no future start date (Art. 6(1)(ç)).

• Charging starts when the service is supplied and is made only for the service supplied

(Art. 8).

9.7 Failed payment (default)

• The period fee is collected by the store. If collection fails, the store retries for a

period; if it still fails, the subscription does not renew and your ad-free entitlement ends at the end of the period you paid for.

• No default interest, penalty or additional charge is applied to you. No debt collection is

pursued and no credit reporting is made. The only consequence is that the entitlement does not continue.

• You can see why collection failed and correct your payment method in your store account.

9.8 If this information is incomplete

Under Art. 7 of the Subscription Contracts Regulation, an omission in the mandatory content does not affect the validity of the contract; however, if we do not remedy it immediately you may terminate the subscription without paying any penalty. If you notice such an omission, please report it to worvento.info@gmail.com.

Note: this section is based on the provisions of the Subscription Contracts Regulation that apply to our sector under Art. 2(2) (Arts. 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 22, 23, 24, 25). Sub-paragraphs (e), (f), (g), (ı), (k) and (m) of Art. 6(1) need not be included in contracts outside the electricity, water, natural gas and electronic communications sectors, and are therefore not reproduced here.

9.9 The termination channel is always open

We keep worvento.info@gmail.com and the in-app Settings → Support channel permanently open to receive your termination and cancellation notices (Art. 22(4)). It is sufficient to send your notice on paper or on a durable medium (Art. 23(1)); no particular form is required.

9.10 What are your rights if the service is defective?

(Subscription Contracts Regulation Art. 6(1)(h))

If you cannot use your ad-free entitlement for a reason attributable to us (for example the entitlement is not credited although payment was taken, or ads continue to be shown):

• under the provisions of Law No. 6502 on defective services you may demand **rectification of the

defect, a price reduction, or rescission of the contract with a refund**;

• we compensate the lost time (we extend your entitlement by the length of the interruption);
• send your request to worvento.info@gmail.com; the full section on defective performance is in

§8 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal: the lapse of the right of withdrawal does not remove your rights arising from defective performance.

10. (ı) Deposits and financial guarantees

None. No deposit, security payment, advance payment or financial guarantee is required from you.

11. (i) Technical protection measures that may affect the functionality of the digital content

The following directly affect how the product works and you need to know them before buying.

1. An account is mandatory. You cannot use Worvento without an account. Everything you buy is

tied to your account, not to your device. If you delete your account, your purchases are lost.

1. A permanent internet connection is required (online-only). Without a connection the app

opens only the My List (MyList) section; everything else — games, exams, the shop, the season, social sections, purchasing and the use of purchased entitlements — is locked and you are redirected to a "no connection" screen.

1. Gold and entitlements are held on the server, not on the device. The server determines your

balance and your entitlements. Changing data on your device does not change your balance. This both prevents cheating and protects your entitlement if you lose your device.

1. Session durations. A sign-in session lasts 7 days and the session refresh right 30 days.

When it expires you must sign in again.

1. Rate limiting and anti-cheat. Our server limits traffic exceeding 600 requests per minute

from the same source, with stricter limits on the registration, sign-in, email-code and support endpoints. If automation or cheating is detected, the account may be suspended. These controls rely on a device fingerprint and IP information.

1. Gold cannot be transferred or converted to cash (see §1.1). You can send virtual gift items

bought with gold to a friend; you cannot send the gold itself.

1. Seasonal products are time-limited. The Season Pass is valid only for the 28-day season in

which it was bought; the premium entitlement ends when the season ends.

1. Gold granted is taken back on refund (see §7).
2. The same purchase is never processed twice (see §7).
3. The Starter Pack can be bought once per account; the server rejects a second purchase.
4. A store account is required. Purchases can only be made with a valid Google Play or App

Store account through the store's payment system. We have no payment channel of our own.

Beyond these measures we do not use DRM or copy protection technology that prevents file copying; all protection comes from the server-side architecture described above.

12. (j) Hardware and software compatibility

You do not need to buy any other software for the app to work.

13. (k) Dispute resolution and avenues of complaint

13.1 If you reside in Türkiye

• You may apply to the provincial or district consumer arbitration committees or to the

consumer court.

• The 2026 monetary threshold is TRY 186,000. For disputes below that amount, application

to a consumer arbitration committee is a precondition to litigation — an action filed directly is dismissed on procedural grounds. For disputes above it the consumer court has jurisdiction (mediation is a precondition to litigation before the court).

• This threshold is updated annually. For the current amount please see the relevant

announcement of the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

• You can file through the e-Devlet portal via the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
• You may apply to the committee/court at your place of residence. This text contains no

clause designating the courts of a particular city; such a clause would be invalid under Art. 5 and Art. 73(5) of Law No. 6502.

13.3 In all cases

Please write to worvento.info@gmail.com first — most problems (an unprocessed purchase, a wrong balance, a refund) can be resolved directly and quickly. This does not limit or delay your legal rights in any way.

14. E-commerce information (Law No. 6563, Art. 3)

This section covers the additional items that do not overlap with DCR Art. 5.

14.1 Technical steps to conclude the contract

1. You open the Gold & Premium screen in the app.
2. You select a product; its card states what it gives and its price.
3. An order summary appears: product name, what it gives, its period (if a subscription) and

its price.

1. Consent boxes appear: approval of the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance

Sales Agreement, the request that performance begin immediately, and the acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal (see §8.4). You cannot continue without ticking them.

1. You press the button that creates the payment obligation. That button carries wording

clearly stating that it creates a payment obligation (DCR Art. 8).

1. The store's payment screen opens. That screen belongs to the store; there you see the exact

amount in your local currency, inclusive of tax. You can still abandon the purchase here.

1. The store approves the payment and sends the receipt.
2. Your entitlement is credited to your account and appears in the app.
3. You receive an email from us: order summary + this Pre-Contractual Information Form + the

Distance Sales Agreement (confirmation on a durable medium — DCR Art. 7).

14.2 Is the contract text stored, and for how long can you access it?

• Yes, we store it. The record of your purchase (product, store transaction id, date,

entitlement granted) and the record of the text version you approved are kept on our server.

• The email sent to you is your own durable copy of the contract; you can access it as long as

it remains in your mailbox.

• Current and past versions of the texts remain published at https://worvento.com/legal/;

you can also reach them from within the app as long as your account exists.

• If you delete your account, your in-app access ends, but your email copy remains with you.

14.3 How to correct data entry errors

• Before purchase, the order summary screen shows the product and amount you selected; if it

is wrong you can go back and change it.

• On the store's payment screen you see the exact amount one last time and can cancel.
• Payment method details are held by the store and corrected there; we hold no payment details.
• Errors in your account details (username, email) can be corrected under Settings.
• If you believe you bought the wrong product, use the routes in §7 and §8.

14.4 Privacy rules

What personal data of yours is processed during and after a purchase, to whom it is transferred and what your rights are can be found in the Privacy Policy / Information Notice: https://worvento.com/legal/privacy

In short: your card details do not reach us. We receive the receipt verification data from the store, the store transaction id, the product id and your account id; we keep these records to process the purchase correctly, to control refunds and duplicate processing, and to meet financial obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. In relation to purchases, data is exchanged only with the stores (Google, Apple) for purchase verification. For the app's other functions, the Privacy Policy lists each recipient individually.

14.5 Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms

See §13.

14.6 You can store this information

We send this form by email after purchase and keep it published at https://worvento.com/legal/; you can download, print and store it.

15. Age, capacity and parental consent

• Worvento is offered to users aged 16 and over.
• If you are under 18: you need the consent of your parent or guardian to make a paid

purchase. By making a purchase you declare that you have obtained that consent. Under Art. 16 of the Turkish Civil Code you cannot incur obligations without your legal representative's consent.

• For parents: you can make your child's purchases subject to prior approval using Google Play

"family approval" and Apple "Ask to Buy".

• If a purchase was made without parental consent, write to worvento.info@gmail.com; we will start

the refund process through the store.

16. Commercial electronic messages

• We do not send marketing or campaign emails. If we start doing so, we will obtain your

separate, express consent beforehand (Law No. 6563 Art. 6); the consent box will not be mandatory and will not be pre-ticked.

• The emails we send you are transactional and are not commercial electronic messages: email

verification code, password reset code, account deletion confirmation code, replies to your support requests, purchase confirmation and contract copy, subscription renewal reminders and price change notices. These are required for performance of the service and for our legal information obligations, and therefore cannot be refused.

• If we start sending marketing messages, every message will contain a **free and easy opt-out

channel and your opt-out will be applied within 3 business days**.

17. How this form is presented

• Under DCR Art. 6(1) this information is presented in at least 12-point type, in

comprehensible, clear, plain and legible form. The published web page and the in-app view are formatted to meet this requirement.

• Under DCR Art. 6(2) the essential information (product, what it gives, period, price, withdrawal

information) is shown separately on the purchase screen immediately before you assume a payment obligation.

• Under DCR Art. 7 confirmation that you have received this form is obtained; if it is not, the

contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
