Bu sayfa, Worvento kullanıcısı olarak kişisel verilerinizle ilgili haklarınızı kullanmak için bize nasıl başvuracağınızı anlatıyor. Dayanağı 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. ve 13. maddeleri ile Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'dir.

1. Kime başvuruyorsunuz

2. Hangi haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz (Kanun m.11)

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
• Kanun'daki şartlar oluştuğunda silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere

bildirilmesini isteme

• Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına

itiraz etme

• Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğrarsanız zararın giderilmesini talep etme

3. Başvurunuzda bulunması gerekenler

Tebliğ m.5 şunları arıyor:

1. Ad ve soyadınız
2. Başvuru yazılıysa imzanız
3. T.C. kimlik numaranız (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı değilseniz uyruğunuz ile pasaport

numaranız veya varsa kimlik numaranız)

1. Tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya iş yeri adresiniz
2. Varsa bildirime esas elektronik posta adresiniz, telefon ve faks numaranız
3. Talep konunuz

Konuya ilişkin bilgi ve belgeleri başvurunuza ekleyebilirsiniz.

Başvuru dili Türkçedir (Tebliğ m.5). Buna karşılık İngilizce yapılan başvuruları da kabul ediyoruz.

4. Başvuru kanalları

KEP (kayıtlı elektronik posta) adresimiz bulunmuyor. Tebliğ KEP'i zorunlu bir kanal olarak saymıyor; yukarıdaki üç kanal başvurunuz için yeterlidir.

5. Kimliğinizi nasıl doğruluyoruz

Başkasının verisini yanlışlıkla üçüncü bir kişiye vermemek için kimliğinizi teyit etmemiz gerekiyor.

• Hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden yazarsanız kimliğiniz o hesap üzerinden doğrulanmış

sayılır; ek bir şey istemeyiz.

• Farklı bir adresten yazarsanız veya makul bir şüphe varsa, hesabın size ait olduğunu

göstermeye yardımcı olacak bir bilgi isteyebiliriz (örneğin son satın almanızın mağaza işlem numarası).

• İstediğimiz bilgi yalnız gerektiği kadar olur; kimlik fotokopisi veya nüfus cüzdanı

göndermenizi istemeyiz.

6. Süre ve ücret

• Talebinizi en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırırız (Kanun m.13).
• İşlem ücretsizdir. Yalnız talebin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul'un

belirlediği tarifedeki ücret alınabilir; başvuru bizim hatamızdan kaynaklanıyorsa alınan ücret iade edilir.

• Talebi kabul eder veya gerekçesini açıklayarak reddederiz; cevabı yazılı olarak veya

elektronik ortamda iletiriz.

7. Yanıtımızı yetersiz bulursanız

Başvurunuz reddedilirse, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulursanız veya süresinde cevap alamazsanız:

• Cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren otuz gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren

altmış gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz (Kanun m.14).

Kurul'a şikâyet, veri sorumlusuna başvuru yolunu tüketmeden yapılamaz — yani önce bize yazmanız gerekiyor.

9. Uygulama içinden yapabilecekleriniz

Bazı talepler için başvuruya gerek yok; uygulama içinden kendiniz yapabilirsiniz:

"Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve İzinler" ekranından rıza durumunuzu görebilir ve isteğe bağlı rızaları geri alabilirsiniz. Verilerinizi indirme (taşınabilirlik) işlevi henüz uygulama içinde yok; bu talebi worvento.info@gmail.com adresinden iletebilirsiniz.

This page explains how to contact us to exercise your rights over your personal data as a Worvento user. It is based on Articles 11 and 13 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and on the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

If you want the short version: write to worvento.info@gmail.com from the e-mail address registered on your account. For most requests that is enough.

2. Which rights you can exercise (Article 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• To request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request erasure or destruction where the conditions in the Law are met
• To request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to

whom the data was transferred

• To object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

3. What your application must contain

Article 5 of the Communiqué requires:

1. Your name and surname
2. Your signature, if the application is in writing
3. Your Turkish national ID number (if you are not a Turkish citizen: your nationality and your

passport number, or your ID number if you have one)

1. Your address for service (residence or workplace)
2. Your e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, for notification
3. Your request

You may attach any relevant information and documents.

The language of application is Turkish (Article 5 of the Communiqué). However, we also accept applications made in English.

4. Application channels

We do not have a registered electronic mail (KEP) address. The Communiqué does not list KEP as a mandatory channel; the three channels above are sufficient for your application.

5. How we verify your identity

We need to confirm your identity so that we do not hand someone else's data to a third party.

• If you write from the e-mail address registered on your account, your identity is treated as

verified through that account; we ask for nothing further.

• If you write from a different address, or where there is reasonable doubt, we may ask for

information that helps show the account is yours (for example the store transaction ID of your last purchase).

• We ask only for what is needed; we will not ask you to send a copy of your ID card or

passport.

6. Time and cost

• We conclude your request without undue delay and within thirty days at the latest

(Article 13).

• The process is free of charge. A fee from the tariff set by the Board may only be charged

where the request additionally incurs a cost; if the application arises from our own error, any fee charged is refunded.

• We either accept the request or reject it with reasons; we send our answer in writing or

electronically.

7. If you are not satisfied with our answer

If your application is rejected, if you find the answer insufficient, or if you receive no answer in time:

• You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of

learning of our answer and in any case within sixty days of your application (Article 14).

A complaint to the Board cannot be made without first exhausting the application to the data controller — so you must write to us first.

9. What you can do inside the app

Some requests need no application; you can do them yourself:

From "Settings > Privacy and Permissions" you can see your consent status and withdraw optional consents. A data download (portability) function does not exist in the app yet; you can make that request via worvento.info@gmail.com.
